The Rieglergut was first documented in 1337. For many generations, this special place was a meeting point for people from the region. The well-known snack bar and country inn „Zur Riegler Seff“ eventually developed into a venue for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations.
Between 2016 and 2017, the historic buildings were modernised with great sensitivity and converted into today's event spaces.
The Rieglergut is located in a secluded spot on a ridge between Steinbach an der Steyr and Ternberg. All around, forests, meadows, and the impressive landscape of the Kalkalpen National Park region stretch out.
The unobstructed view across the Steyr and Enns valleys makes every celebration special. A backdrop that hasn't been artificially created, but has held its place here for centuries.
